OUR MISSION
Our mission is to bring the transformative core practices of 2,500-year old Tibetan Buddhism from the Nalanda
tradition into daily life by way of cultivating wisdom, compassion, and skillful means through meditation,
ethical conduct, and tantric ritual. These practices empower individuals to live a more fulfilling life with a
more positive and resilient frame of mind.
Through daily meditation sessions, teachings on ethical behavior, and sacred tantric rituals, we empower
individuals to cultivate a mindful and harmonious way of living. Our dedicated teachers and practitioners
share their wisdom and knowledge to helping others to deepen their understanding, strengthen their inner
resilience, and develop skills that foster personal and collective growth.
